3.1.9. clear interface

Syntax

clear interfaces IF_PORTS counters

IF_PORTS Specify port to clear counters.

Default

No default value for this command.

Usage

Use “clear interface” command to clear statistic counters on specific ports.

Example

This example shows how to clear counters on port fa1.

Switch(config)# clear interfaces fa1 counters

This example shows how to show current counters
